1. What are my shipping options?
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping – Up to 3 weeks from dispatch from warehouse
Express Shipping* – 7 days from dispatch from warehouse
*Only in the USA.
Express Shipping is not an option for deliveries to PO Boxes, as these items need to be signed for by the recipient.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping price varies based on the items you order, region you are located in and shipping method.
To find out how much shipping is, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout and complete your delivery address details. At this point the updated check out page will display shipping price and method options.
Please note, customs fees, duties or Value-Added Tax (VAT) may apply for international shipments. All imports are subject to being charged import fees, taxes, custom duties, and related package handling fees based on thresholds (tax exempt amounts). Contact your local customs office for more info.
3. How does International standard shipping work?
Orders sent Standard Shipping usually arrive in about 3 weeks. However delays can occur in transit or at the local customs office, so in some circumstances it may take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Unfortunately, tracking information isn’t available for Standard Shipping. Customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Contact your local customs office for more information.
4. Can I track my shipment?
Tracking is available for the following shipping options:
Express Shipping (a tracking number is available upon request)
No tracking information is available for Standard International shipping
